Typographical & listing Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, error in pricing information received from our suppliers or the products(s) purchased is/are no longer available for sale, AcerLaptops.com.au shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price or products out of stock. AcerLaptops.com.au shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, AcerLaptops.com.au shall immediately issue a FULL refund to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect transaction.

Warranty and Refund Policy

All items comes with 1-3 years manufacturer's warranty, please check item description or contact us.

Claims should be made within the warranty period; you may be required to show proof of purchase.

Warranty does not cover any damage caused by the customer, Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Customer is liable for any damage caused to the products due to negligence or mis-care.

In case of delivering the wrong product, assuming that we provided an advice, AcerLaptops.com.au will cover all shipping costs to replace the product, however if you choose the wrong product you will be liable for all shipping costs.

Refunds are made using the same payment method originally used for purchase.
